Ziqi ZhonG
Hello! I am a PhD Candidate in Quantitative Marketing at the London School of Economics, funded by the Lee Family PhD Scholarship.
I combine behavioural and experimental economics, causal inference, deep learning, and neuroscience to study how AI enhances human and firm behaviour—and how it transforms people, organizations, and a more sustainable society.
My work has been presented at ISMS, EMAC, and AMA, is ongoing at JMR, IJRM, and Research Policy, and has been accepted by leading AI conferences, including AAAI. It has also been featured in major media outlets such as MIT Technology Review and China Daily.
I have received multiple competitive research grants as principal investigator, was nominated for the LSE Impact Prize for Outstanding PhD Researcher Impact, and received the LSE Class Teacher Award. I am also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
Beyond academia, I’m the first Chinese instructor in Europe certified in both scuba and freediving (PADI & AIDA), and I promote marine conservation through teaching. I also enjoy classical singing and Kendo.
